We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner. The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location. Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.
|Delivery Status||Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.|
|Special Delivery Times and Rush/Express Requests||While every effort will be made to accommodate special time delivery requests, Atlanta Flower Market cannot guarantee special time requests for standard delivery. To schedule a specific time delivery or schedule an immediate Rush/Express Delivery (within 2 hours) please call customer service at 770-998-0439 for our Express Courier service. Courier rates are quoted individually as they are based on time of day and location.|
|When the Recipient Is Not Home||The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or manager and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf; or if the area is secure, to leave the arrangement at the door.
The florist may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time.
If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
Most florists employ professional delivery personnel who will find the best delivery choice for your special gift.
|International Floral Deliveries||Due to the various time zones between the U.S. and other continents, same day delivery is not available. We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received three business days in advance. You must call us to place an international delivery order; you cannot do so online.|
|Gift Items Shipped Directly||Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 3 to 7 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday.|
|Cancellation Policy||While we process your request the moment we receive it during business hours, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Our network ranges throughout the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and subject to a 30% charge. Please note. There are no refunds on special order item.|
|Substitution Policy||Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, and the variety of unplanned issues courtesy of Mother Nature, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery. In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color. Our goal is your complete satisfaction; rest assured that every effort will be made to provide an arrangement of equal or greater value.|
|Delivery Service Information||Atlanta Flower Market guarantees same day delivery for all gift orders received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time zone. Orders received after 1:00pm are guaranteed for delivery the next day. For a standard delivery fee of $12.99 business deliveries are guaranteed by 5 p.m., Schools by 3p.m. Funeral Home deliveries receive special care, and are scheduled based on the published visitation and service time. For your convenience, Atlanta Flower Market customer service team will verify all Funeral Home schedules and adjust delivery times accordingly at no extra charge.|
|Sunday Delivery Requests||Atlanta Flower Market services many major metropolitan areas with Sunday delivery service, and in many cases we can satisfy your Sunday delivery requests. However, due to limited Sunday coverage around the country we cannot guarantee Sunday delivery. Gifts not delivered Sunday are guaranteed for Monday delivery. |Re-Delivery Services||If the recipient at a residential address is not available when your delivery attempt is made, a Atlanta Flower Market Gift Delivery Notice will be left at their door offering a convenient means to reschedule their delivery at a time that is appropriate for them. To ensure superior quality and freshness, re-deliveries are generated as new orders and receive a freshly made gift. Note: Occasionally, depending on weather and location your driver may elect to leave your gift in a safe place for the recipient to find upon their return.|
|Shipping Conditions||Gifts delivered via shipping services will be sent the day ordered if placed by 12:00 noon (EST). Orders received after 12:00 noon (EST) or received on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. Allow 2-3 business days for delivery.|
